We were going to adopt from Colombia, but when Special Children started working with attorneys in Guatemala, we quickly changed countries and were the first family to place a child with their help. The process was very smooth, thanks to the Beth and the staff ensuring our paperwork was accurate and complete. We were not paper ready when we received our referral and still had our daughter home at five months of age! Special Children will always be close to our hearts!
